Breast Cancer Now has launched as a result of Breast Cancer Campaign and Breakthrough Breast Cancer's merger in April, making it the largest breast cancer charity in the UK, with the ambition of stopping women from dying of breast cancer by 2050.
Its multi-channel advertising campaign The Last One launched this week on Channel 4, featuring real women with breast cancer speaking about the realities of the disease. Fiona Hazell, Director of Communications and Engagement at Breast Cancer Now, said 'Breast Cancer Now won't stop until breast cancer has taken its last life; something we are confident we can achieve by 2050 if we get the support we need. It's so exciting finally to share our new name and identity; today marks the start of a new era'.
